Wedding Cake Delivery
Shelley’s Cakes delivers to many wedding venues within the Kent area which is included within your quote. Deliveries to further destinations may incur a small fee.
One month before the wedding Shelley’s Cakes will be in touch with the venue to confirm delivery times and where the wedding cake will need to be situated. Deliveries will be on the morning of your wedding unless the venue has approved a different time.
Stands for wedding cakes need to be returned to Shelley’s Cakes 2 days after the wedding unless agreed upon on consultation for Shelley’s Cakes to collect from the venue the next morning.
Celebration Cake Delivery
Shelley’s Cakes delivers to homes and venues that have been discussed with both parties in advance. Minimum charge of delivery will be £15.
Celebration Cake Collection
Collections between Monday- Friday are from 10am-2pm.
Collections on Saturday are from 10am-12pm. Sunday collections are agreed upon in advance.
When collecting your cake Shelley’s Cakes work on a contactless collection protocol. Please call the studio when you are outside for a member of the team to bring your cake out to be checked over.
Please leave your boot clear for the cake to go flat. Any items you may have in the boot of your cake could damage the cake in transport.
Do not leave your cake in the car and keep out of direct sunlight.
Remaining balance is due before collection of your cake and will not be released until payment has been received.
